Brewer Pre-K through 8 School is a 155,000 SF, two story elementary school supported by a 1,100-student cafeteria, 500-seat auditorium, large scale outdoor running track and ball fields. The project is designed to LEED Silver standards incorporating high efficiency lighting and HVAC systems through out the building.
This project was bid at more than $4 million under budget and is currently the largest Pre-k thru 8 school in Maine.
