By winning this bid over three other select bidders, EMMC once again placed its faith in NOD to deliver on time - and despite delays due to unforeseen existing conditions, we did not disappoint.

Working inside the unfinished, bare-earth ground floor of EMMC’s Webber West, NOD installed new under slab utilities and a new slab using HEPA filtration/negative pressure ventilation and CO₂ Monitoring and by working night shifts to avoid disturbing adjacent patients and lab operations.

The result is a beautifully finished 11,000 SF suite on time and on budget.
