As an
supplement to the Phillips-Strickland assisted living facility,
The Boyd Place project brought additional living quarters,
common sitting areas throughout the wing and an upstairs dining
area opening to a porch overlooking the Penobscot River.
Nickerson & O'Day was pre-selected for the project as a
Construction Manager-at-Risk, and successfully completed the
project ahead of schedule and under budget without interrupting
the day-to-day operations of the existing facility.
